how on earth do you do that?
what dose it even mean?
after seven months now i know.
dont let your life fall apart in the frist few weeks and so hard to recover from,
make sure your bills are paid.
dont miss work
dont trap yourself indoors
dont hide your pain
dont chase after the ex, they will ome after you way to soon!
find a friend or two you can trust and call on at anytime day or nite
study the lessons here they will save you.

I think as messed up and sad it all is. Borderlines sure do teach great life lessons to people! Only costed my soul and 10 years of my life.

Also from the Workshops board:
PERSPECTIVES: What does it mean to take care of yourself?
Taking care of yourself is important because who else is going to do it for you?
