Cheers GeekyGirl... .I'm not doing too bad thanks, although I'm not seeing uBPD Mom... .still makes me bit anxious about not. It's got easier year on year though.

I'm expecting some sort of contact but I'm going not contact at all (first time). (Normally I send an email saying I'm not doing xmas this year). Ahhhhh.


The expectations of the xmas period it's cringing and difficult to get away from. Stuff is being shoved on your face from the beginning of dec here. (sometimes around halloween).
