I am reading a book "Man in search for meaning" and I find intriguing the author's perspective:

The space that exist between the stimuli and the response is what defines our freedom.

In other words, when we have no control of how we response to stimuli we are just like any other animal, it is where we have control that were the true freedom is.

In my case the stimuli is the constant and pervasive rage and outburst of anger from my uBPDw and through the FOG my freedom can be compromised if I am not on top of how I decide to react.
