I like to run. And before me and my uBPDexgf broke up, she decided she wanted to run as well, even though she says she hates it. Now that we are apart, she is still running. I know this because she will send me links to her most recent run, so I can see the route, pace, etc.

Over the Christmas holiday, I went out of town. Did not hear from her, nor did I contact her. Until I got home last night. She sends a link to her run she did on Christmas Day. So, just being nice I texted back “nice run”. This was all I said. Her response to that “Thanks, Didn’t have nothing else to do, kids are gone, I’m alone, and lonely”.

Her kids obviously with their Dad, and her boyfriends(s) are probably with their families since it is Christmas. So, she is alone.

I just thought this was funny that she texted that back to me. How, you can still prey on me when you have a boyfriend(s)….She probably did the same to me when we were together…if I wasn’t available, she was immediately looking for a hook-up from the many she was stringing along.

Nice short reply from your part.  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)

My guess is, she is feeling lonely. Some people cannot deal with it being just alone... .

However thats not your business anymore.  Being cool (click to insert in post)

She is trolling. She is seeking to find comfort from you where she is not getting it from someone else.

This is where I hope to be strong IF/WHEN she does start with the smoke signals.

I want to be strong enough to where she hears radio silence... .crickets.

After yesterday it seems that  is the only wat to go without opening the scabs of these emotional wounds.

Remember, her feelings will change day to day... .week to week.  Step back, stay in NC and see if theses so "feelings" of her's are the same in a few days, weeks, months.

Good luck and stay strong
