History: 4y on/off relationship with d xBiPD/APD/BPD
After many discussions regarding in-person stalking and cyber-stalking, it was rather obvious this person was still keeping close tabs on me, for instance, Twitter accounts I follow having to do with my local (very small) town. The DxBiPD/APD/BPD lives close to 200 miles away and has absolutely zero reason to be keeping up with the local weather/traffic stops/accidents and things that are happening here.
Long story short, it hit the fan (again) yesterday. After a long discussion, d xBiPD/APD/BPD agreed to stop harassing me and keeping tabs on my kid/kids sport/ex/ex's current partner and to stop sending me messages/email/whatever.
No surprise that, even today, I was still getting messages regarding something I agreed to take care of previously (and agreed to take care of previously, previously, but this was due to this person NOT following through on what they were supposed to do so now it's up to me... . confused? Yeah. Jist: I need to take care of an issue due to this person's negligence, but it's left me open to continued harassment.)
So I called, because I wasn't going to nickel and dime the text messages to death. During this call I reminded the dBPD'r that we were not text messaging because I & they agreed to stop. Any contact past that point of agreement has been considered harassment. I inserted some current examples of another friend who has been harassing her ex via phone/text/email/whatever and how my dBPD'r could recognize this was unacceptable behavior... . so then why continue it herself?
Well, I've blocked the dBPD'r from my text messages and phone calls on every platform I can, but found one last stray message that came after my phone call and our discussion today.
"I said I would be available if you wanted to talk. Please don't call if you're not going to be nice."
What the heck?
Needless to say, I didn't, and will not respond.
BUT, it's ok for this person to continue to harass me via whatever means possible, however unless I'm going to 'be nice' I cannot contact them.
Oh, ok. I won't
