I did 95% of everything / is this normal BPD behavior?

I was wondering if these things were part of BPD in some way or if this is just how she was raised, etc. Unlike many of the BPD's she isnt a liar, she works very hard and is responsible (more than me) financially, she also is 27 and has only slept with me and one other person, she doesnt do drugs and doesnt drink either. She also has OCD so I think the lack of sex has to do with fear there. Her BPD seems to be focused on words... . just that things match up and that I do EVERYTHING I promise to do... . even though she can deviate (shes not flakey) from her word without an issue... . and her regulation of her temper. It is definitely BPD rage on a semi daily basis, I am split black a LOT lately... . It's like everywhere I try to place some sort of pressure, there's nothing to set it on... . I mean I live a clean life, I drink maybe 2/3 drinks a week, no drugs, I dont mind to wait for the right girl til engagement for sex... . But all of the things below is basically sucking me of all my energy... . Is this girl just a taker, or is this pretty common stuff for BPDs you were with?... . any thoguhts would help... .
1. I should pay for 95% of everything we do.
2. I should do 90% of things sexually. (until marriage she says)
3. Getting her to do dishes, cook, or anything else is like pulling teeth. I do 90% of all this
4. Wont get engaged until I have enough money to match her down payment for a home
4. And lately she is telling me (since I told her once during the silent treatment) I cannot drink alcohol until 10/14. Like she actually got angry about it when on Halloween I wanted to drink... . She talked about it for hourssssss, like exactly what our deal is and why i wanted to break the agreement... . it was like i cheated on her... .
I'm ready to detach even though I care about her so much, just because of the sheer amount of pressure I get from her... . Its like my prize is just to have her in my life... .

So, you're with a borderline crazy chick that doesn't put out and makes you pay for everything and do all the cleaning? And you want to marry her? Not sure if that's the best road for you to take.

Would "house boy" be appropriate.

How'd you get so lucky? I paid 100%, she was sort of a derelict.

Yep,,
Spot on just like my BPDexgf. She paid for her life (before me) using her mums ££, then paid for her life with me using my ££ and her mums ££.
Just a waste of time trying to have an adult relationship with her. My pupils aged 10 have more appreciation of the world than this 30yr old girl.
I called her 'spoilt' once -for that she publicly humilated me on the streets of London and gave me PTSD. Think I hit a nerve... . tho sure she'd heard it before
ps: was just a 10mth relationship (you're not alone). Massive damage
