she got triggered in a big way

So, I work with my BPDex on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I see her, but maintain NC. I haven't spoken to her in 2.5 months. During that time, I blocked her number as well as all social media. Somehow she unblocked herself and sent me a text that I didn't respond to. I immediately reblocked her number. Long story short, I was tipped that she had slept with someone who had herpes and confronted her about it. She claims she slept with a man who later called her and told her found out he had herpes. She got tested and doesn't have it. I believe nothing she says so I set up an appointment to get tested. After I learned about the herpes thing (Tuesday) I sent her an email. I was very careful how I worded it... . In short, I basically said I want to focus on myself and that means being away from her. I told her she was blocked from everything.
Soo, Today I get a call from my boss saying she filed some sort of harassment complaint on me. WTH. When we broke up she texted me " don't even think about talking to me at work, you don't want me to ruin your career. " Funny thing is she tried to talk to me 2 days later. These ppl are so bizarre man. They need to be locked up in mental institutions.

Yeah, the disorder causes some pretty hurtful behavior sometimes. So what are you going to do to further detach and protect yourself and your career?

My plan is to maintain NC like I have been doing. My bosses and I are having a face to face meeting with her boss next week. My boss actually knows EVERYTHING about this girl. I mean EVERYTHING. I told him when we broke up because I knew there was a strong chance something like this would come up. In regards to the harassment complaint, I never harassed her so she can't possible have any type of legit proof that I did.

It sounds like a distortion campaign from your ex.
