i saw her in a coffee shop two days ago and i acted very cool and acted like she is a stranger. i sat there for 30 minutes. now i feel so depressed and as if i am reseting to day zero

It happens mate. I've been in your shoes more times that I can count. I toy with breaking contact and calling her, I miss her & want to be with her. But, unless she came back and specifically said she wants to work things out , she doesn't want to be with me. Having contact or seeing her just delays moving on.
Go easy on yourself. If it was simple and easy, none of us would be here. We've all gone through or are going through the same. Just take it a day at a time & keep your chin up.

It is hard to believe that one person can have such a dramatic effect on our lives. I completely understand your feelings AJ. Just love you, today. Make a gratitude list of all the positive things in your life. I am sure that there are many! Do something good for you. I am sure it is best that you did not interact. I stopped after the phoniness and all of the inappropriate abuse and the many, many lies. I could never really forgive after the way I was treated... . but acceptance was key.

I saw my XW when leaving my T's office (I was in the parking lot, she was walking). She didn't see me. Sent chills down my spine.
