I have been doing ok and now I am not!

I want to check the calls he has to made to her and see if there are any new Calls... to others.

I read a book about cheating and it only made me feel worse because he fell in the NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO/DID HE WAS GOING TO DO HIS THING... I dont want him back but it does hurt he chose her.

I keep trying to keep busy and clean out stuff but there goes my brain again over and over on what happened and him with her. I have 6 days NC, just let kids answer phone if I see it is him.  Someone SLAP me in the face and tie my hands behind my back... . ok just please tell me to be strong.

Ignore, it's hard booth for the best. I she accesss to my replacements FB. I couldn't eats it stalk her there. I have his mobile and landlines, address, overdress address... . It is too easy to stalk, so just don't.

Step away from the temptations.  Go take a walk, go to the store, leave phone behind, go out with a friend, put your phone or computer in inconvenient place.  This desire happens to all of us.  you're not alone!   I try to remember the worst of times and play it over in my head and remember how awful that felt.  Then I relive the moments in NC when I felt the strongest, myself again.  Keep coming back here if you need to.  STAY STRONG!  you're not alone in wanting to give in to the temptation but the cycle will continue if you do.
