What is your sexual orientation: Straight

It is not b/c of the ups and downs, confusion, questions, paranoia or general delusions that have brought me to this point. I have dealt with this cycle of emotions for over a decade but now I feel my own mental health is becoming a risk along w/ some physical issues. I go to sleep every night/waking up next morning wondering what will this day bring, what is the mood, what do I have to do to keep the attitude temperature adjusted just right. It is an emotional terror that I do not have strength for anymore. There is never a break until he sleeps (and he never sleeps!).  I have a successful career that I worked hard to get. If I keep it together, I thought that would keep us together. Now I just need time away. Work in travel so easy to depart but very clear that I'm not flying/fleeting. Perhaps I will come back w/ that 123rd chance optimism. Perhaps not... .Do not give up on your partners, friends, family if they suffer from this but DO NOT let it eat you, beat you, cheat you of your own life. This is a wonderful board to share, vent and seek help on. Please contribute and respond to others.
