Left a couple things at exBPD's house. A little while ago I went by while she is at work. No one was home. So I went to get my last few things and noticed that she had some other things in a bag by the door. These were things that I wasn't going to take with me. I also had noticed that for the past week she would put something different on my desk everyday, as to say "here's your sh!t". When I went by today she had kind of cleaned and arranged the furniture. New comforter set on the bed that I bought online for her 2 months ago but has sat in the corner still in its shipping bag. Seems that she's removing all traces of me from the house. What's that all about? Looks like she's trying to get rid of anything that will remind her of me and her horrible treatment of me.

Also, she had bagged up a fleece jacket with my name embroidered on the chest that my employer gave to all the employees. I have told her many times that I didn't want it, so she started wearing it around the house. I made a point to leave it there since I've told her that I didn't want it multiple times. I guess she'll have to throw it away or keep wearing it. I'm sure that it'll end up in the trash. Can't have new supply see her wearing a jacket with my name on it, Laugh out loud (click to insert in post). I wonder how long my 33 yo replacement is going to put up with her 41 yo drama and nonsense? Wait until she starts withdrawing and cutting off the sex. Most guys aren't going to put up with that. I'm still not sure why I did for so long? I guess because I love her. For her sake, hopefully new supply will "love" her. Not like it will matter either way, because his clock has already started ticking... .

Yeah, the first few days alone in the apartment and then seeing her erasing traces of me from her house makes the finality of the situation apparent.

So while I was still living with her for two months dealing with her treating me like garbage and rubbing my nose in it while she spent the night with her new supply, I couldn't eat or sleep. I lost 20-25 lbs.

Now that I'm moved out, all I wanna do is lay in bed and sleep. Is this normal?

Fred, I've lost my appetite and my sleep and energy patterns are all over the place. Some would say these are classic signs of depression. I know after 2 months I'm experiencing grief and loss issues similar to the deaths of loved ones: but worse, somehow. I'm trying to stay busy and just keep putting one foot in front of the other. I can't imagine what it's going to be like when we start giving back each other's property. It's painful, but we know from others on here: it will pass.

I guess while I was still living there, the lack of sleep and appetite was from ultra stress. Now that I've moved out, I just find myself wanting to sleep or just lay in the bed playing on the laptop. I guess that's probably depression. My appetite isn't back to normal, but it's better than it was a few weeks ago.
