Still sad but keeping it together. It was hit or miss for a bit. Finally got out to a female friends house for some beer and conversation while watching a football game. It was nice to be out of my environment and into a different venue ( no romance there folks!). I got to speak my mind and express myself and get what I needed off my chest. Started my first day of therapy as well. Today Im not as anxious, periods of being morose, but manageable compared to a couple weeks ago. Got my birthday coming up on sunday and hoping among hope that she does not reach out to me and completely ruin that day. At the B/U she was so cold (via text, no less) I dont suspect she will. I did not reach out to her on her's but you never know. Hopefully her bald ass college buddy(my replacement) will be keeping her occupied doing all those things I apparently was incapable of doing(spending time with her, talking a vacation, buying gifts etc.) that she wont notice my birthday. Oh, dont get me wrong, I love her still, but I know its only one sided now and that I was the rebound guy during her separation/divorce, death of her mom, alimony fiasco with ex and her cheerleader for her starting her coaching career. Seems like once the confidence occured and returned, I was on my way out. Good luck to the new guy as I cant be mad at him. He's just starting this F**K story. Hopefully he will be a little smarter than I was.

On a final note... .Got to get through Volleyball season. She coaches my son... .However, she will see a new me. Lost weight, hitting the weights and putting one foot in front of the other. Even have a plan for Volleyball if Im forced to have to make contact.

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling Deeno02. It was nice of your friends to get you out of the house for some beer and a game. It's nice to vent to friends. Was it a little hard to enjoy going out?

I'm glad to hear that you're in T. It helps tremendously. You have an anniversary coming up. It's your birthday and going through all of the anniversaries in the first year is a tough. You are a good man, you help her cope with her separation / divorce, death in the family and alimony fiasco with ex.

Do you feel a little better having lost weight and hitting the weights? This is hard and I think you nailed it Deeno02 when you say "one foot in front of the other" Keep at that pace. Baby steps.

What's you plan for volleyball?

Mutt, i plan on being as aloof as i possibly can. Listen to her pass info on to the parents like a good little coach should and then bail as quick as i can after each game. Minimal to N/C as i possibly can. My ex wife volunteered to run interference if necessary as she thinks what she did was jacked up too, especially insulting our daughter.  I also plan on reporting her ass if she gets stupid with me via text or contact. Im not messing around with her ass anymore.
