So my BPDh has a negative response to everything and has for a while now. I am just about to snap. For example

Me: I need to go to my friend's grandpa's viewing

H: Well you obviously forgot I had to work tonight

Me: No I have asked my aunt to watch the kids while I go

H: Well I wont be home to very late so you will have to figure something out

Me: No biggie we are going to the viewing and to eat afterwards and then I will get the kids

H: Well that is just going to take hours and you are going to the far end of town.

OH MY GOODNESS- everything I say goes this way. I just want, just once to hear, OK no problem, see you when you get home. I would freak out, would not know what to do.

I am trying to hang in there as we are in therapy and he has been diagnosed for the second time and she is trying to "break him down" so that we can rebuild him in a healthy way. I just don't know how much more I can take. I want out of the black cloud, I want to stand in the sun!

I can relate to you. Before my wifes diagnoses this is how it was all the time but always ended up to be my vault.  Learning about validation has helped me the last couple weeks sort of cool down these what should not be heated discussions.
