Don't worry about become dependant on Therapy, they teach you how to self support, so never heard of that being a problem. As for not wanting to think about it, again the T can help with that. If you don't get help, that's when it can fester and hang around. Mind you, If you did get addicted to T, bit like being addicted to water. What harm can it do ? So keeping doing the right thing.
