Hey there, very glad I found this support group. I've been with my partner for 14 months now. I'm slowly learning about BPD. It all went wrong last Sunday when he took an overdose of 70 sleeping tablets. I found him when I got home from work and got him to hospital. They won't put him in a secure hospital and the crisis team have left me to deal with it. I'm so scared. His mood is up and down and he is convinced he is being haunted by a bad spirit in our home. He abuses prescription drugs sometimes to give him a 'break' as he calls it. He is in denial about the effects and is trying to use again. Love him so much but finding myself feeling very very alone. Need to work but can't leave him alone. Have to work at 7 pm tomorrow and I don't know what to do. He still wants to kill himself. If there is anyone out there who could just talk to me. I would be so grateful. Many thanks in advance xxx
