Ugh... .dream woke me up. I had a dream we got back together. I was doing so well to. Haven't thought about her at night or waking up in a month. We have been zero contact for 4 months now... .yuck. Just venting as that came totally out of nowhere...

I don't sleep well... .at all... .but fell asleep last night around 7pm.
Woke up at 4am... .nightmare.
First time in AGES exh has invaded my 'dreams'.
Well it was not a 'get back together' dream, it was me finding out more lies I had been told... .more deception, more of him disrespecting me and making me feel like crap.
I am seeing my attorney today (because he is in contempt)... .and I promise you that is why I had the dream I had. I made the appointment Dec 3rd, so it's been stewing on a back burner of my brain for days.
Maybe that's why you had the dream you did?
Something happened days ago that would trigger your subconscience to belch out that dream?

Power of the p... .
I still think of her, if I knew when I told her many times to leave through out the five years I say many times yes so many .
I would have not let her go Funny yes , but it was indeed needed , but I thought she will come back but this time no .
I think what hurts the most is the abandonment that they work hard and succeeded could be contagious ?

Aint the power of the P... .y. It wasnt all that and a box of crackers. Abandoment? Maybe so. I learned that I certainly dont like being alone and Im working that issue with my T. For me, Im just so numb over how I can be just so completely forgotten about. I mean it was only 16 months, no where the time invested you had guy4, but jeez, Its like Men in Black, with that mind erase pen thing. Poof, Im a memory, new guy same week. Wow... .

Dont much care anymore about the karma train. Its going to be ground hog day for her forever. This dude, even though he's an old college buddy, will get wise or get slammed. 1yr, 5yrs, 10yrs, 30yrs, doesnt matter. He will be turned black for something stupid and his slide will start, if it already hasnt. I dont care what happens to her. Not my circus, not my monkeys... .

Yes, I got replaced too. I think ex BPD and replacement may be living together now too. It has been two months. He had her in the background. Abandonment after 8 years of all his lies. Just like that. Saw him do this to his best friend of 14 years too. He ended the friendship over some stupid fight. He never looked back. That is what he has done to me. Some say, give it a year or so and he will be hunting you down again. This time I hope to be taken and in a normal relationship. I wonder what that would be like.
I too need to work through my issues of loneliness. He took up so much of my time and always was so insistent that we do everything on his time schedule. This holidays offer many triggers too. I can't wait until they are over. Now days I just turn off the tv.

I've had that happen to me before too bro. It sets you back a day or so, but you'll bounce back. I've come to realize no matter how well you are doing sometimes if there is trigger it can stop you in your tracks. Hang in there.

Been there before. I dreamt about her every night for the first two weeks. And randomly since then. It will set you back a bit, but don't let it stop you. Keep focusing on the negative aspects of her and the reasons why you deserve better. You will be fine.

That's hard. If it helps I found getting through the first year with all of the anniversaries and holidays difficult. Once I went through all of them after the break-up it got easier.
Are you planning on spending holidays with family and friends?
