It has been 4 months since my dBPDxgf nutted up and walked out.  I spent most of this time bargaining and wishing she would return.  Today I was actually able to look at her without being clouded by feelings of love.  I am starting to stop making excuses for her behavior and realize how horrible her behavior is.  I need to continue this trend.  She lies, is lazy, readily admits she is selfish.  All of this has allowed me to lose respect for her.  I have to stop looking at the idea of her and take a long hard look at the actual BPD waif.

Angry obsessive thoughts about another weaken your state of mind and well being. If you must have revenge, then take it by choosing to be happy and let them go forever.

ReluctantSurvivor,

Where you been old buddy? You remember me don't you? I ain't seen you post around here in a while?

Are you guys still living together? I remember at the very end how hard it was dealing with my ex while I was still living there and she was dysregulated. Worst time of my life. Your posts helped me very much. I'll admit, it's still kind of hard but it's getting better. Still up and down though. I ain't seen or heard from mine since I moved out on Sept. 20th, except for a few texts that I initiated. Hahaha, she doesn't even reply. It's amazing how someone can cheat on you, lie to you, break up with you, tell you to find a place to live, and treat you like garbage. Then ignore you and act like you did something wrong to them. It's just incredible to think about sometimes.

What are your plans from here on?
