My counselor (formerly OUR counselor) suspects my ex also has some PTSD, NPD, and at my latest session he said he wondered about ODD as well (Oppositional Defiant Disorder). Yikes. I have to admit I see some characteristics from all three.

Does anyone's expw/BPD have or suspected to have one or more additional disorders/conditions?

Here's what NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) says about Comorbidity:

Borderline Personality Disorder rarely stands alone.  BPD occurs with, and complicates, other disorders.

Major Depressive Disorder                                                --  60 percent

Dysthymia  (chronic, moderate to mild depression)          --  70 percent

Eating Disorders                                                               --  25 percent

Substance Abuse                                                               -- 35 percent

Bipolar Disorder                                                                -- 15 percent

Antisocial Personality Disorder                                          -- 25 percent

Narcissistic Personality Disorder                                        -- 25 percent

Yes!   Mine definitely had depression and npd traits as well'

Laziness and house was a disaster, mirrors everywhere as well as pictures of herself and kids, pictures of kids always included her and the single wall hanging pictures of her 4 kids were hung around a single photo of her!  I could go on!

Yes. Mine exhibits mild to moderate depression, eating disorders (compulsive overeater) and narcissistic behavior. So complex. I feel sorry for him and I feel sorry for me. It is not easy to be either one of us.

Coincidentally at my T session today, my T brought up that she believed that my exBPD is also NPD as my ex displayed a lot of NPD traits.  Also, I guess not so coincidentally, my exBPD suffers from depression (she's being treated with anti-depressants).  When I informed my T that my ex had been prescribed anti-depressants, she rolled her eyes and said, "oh great, she'll be a happier borderline."  I wouldn't be surprised if substance abuse found it's way in there.  I think I played a major role in keeping her grounded in that regard - same thing with her constant desires to leave her job anytime she had a bad day.

My ex has severe depression. They had just prescribed her a stronger anti depressant before she left me. She is also overweight. She was VERY overweight when I met her. She lost 55 lbs while we were together, but still fat. She would always take pictures of her belly. Weird.
