Wow it's hard to believe in a few days I will be a year removed from my Bpdexgf.I have not seen her in 8 months and zero contact for 6 months. For some damn reason I want to contact her but I know the woman I fell for never existed.Funny thing is my life was ___ with her and now my business is doing better than ever and I'm looking to turn pro in bodybuilding. So I should be happy but wrong she is on my mind all day everyday.I feel like part of her is invading me and by that I mean I don't look at woman or relationships the same.Nobody is attractive enough and I'm just kind of numb to it all.I thought I was strong and until recently I was. This is one nasty disorder and I'm just glad there are support forums such as this.

I can't tell you the hell they put you through... .just make a list of all the horrid things she has done to your emotions and you will pass over her... .good luck man Smiling (click to insert in post)

i was just telling someone in another thread that its hard to top the feel of heavy weight in your hands. hearing the clang of iron on iron will do wonders.

i dropped some weight because of her, but im getting it back quickly. we already have a mindset that even the slightest reduction in our size is hard on us, even if nobody else notices it. seeing it come back just helps to boost me up even more. having people stop what they are doing and watch you attack the weight doesn't hurt either, haha. i curse at the bar. i vent to it. i see her when i approach the bar. racking that weight out is so cathartic... .

Thanks guys! The funny thing is I got back into lifting because her body was so off the hook I needed to catch up!The crazy part is she looks that good and has an eating disorder. As I got in better and better shape the fear of me leaving came out.I never cheated on her and would have stayed had I not figured out the BPD.Oh well at least a couple good things came out of it Laugh out loud (click to insert in post) I just wish she was ugly it would make this easier Laugh out loud (click to insert in post)

Wish i could do some serious workout stuff.  i used to bicycle a lot to de-stress.

Now my age and arthritis in several key areas (knees namely) prevent me from doing anything when I am flaring.  and feeling depressed does not help.

You young guys are lucky!

Hmmm... .anybody else here noticing an odd correlation between bodybuilders and personality disordered females?  Smiling (click to insert in post)

How does that come to be, bodybuilders being so attracted to disordered girls?

I think for the most part most of these girls are really hot and usually want a good looking guy that is in shape. My ex was a solid 9.5 and I was out of shape when I met her.I think she preferred the guy she could be in control of and make him her B***H.In my case I went the other way and she did not like it one bit.On the other had lots of bodybuilders are narcissist and they seem to attract each other feeding on one anothers drama.JUst my opinion.

Thanks,I am sure I will hear from her at  some point maybe when she has nobody to torture. Here is something interesting I forgot to mention... .Right before this NC I asked her if she wanted to get together and hangout. She said yes and then a while later I texted and said you know what it's a bad idea. She flipped out and said she expected this because I always let her down.Yes,I was sinking to her level and playing a childish game with her but in hindsight she left me alone.
