This is all new to me, but we have discussed with my other half she does not feel the problem is her and doesn't NOT want to seek help. Is there any helpful non-offensive options for me? I care very deeply for this woman and she has a son. I would like to do whatever I can before I give up?
Thanks , Nortonio

Glad you are here.
Focus less on getting her to agree on a label or problem... .focus more on a behavior and the feelings that are tied to that behavior.
I am said when "xyz is said... "
This is very general... .can you give us some more information about a behavior you find troubling... .and we can help you strategize.
Look to the right... .do you see the lessons. Have you read those?

Well I have been reading a lot of great information today. Trying to download it all.Cause going back and fourth with her does no good, I always say I can never win. What I'm saying is when we talk about her emotional issues she always yells at me and says "I'm not crazy" which I don't think that at all, I know she has been very hurt at a very young age and that this has cause a lot of what is going on. But she also says I don't need help I just need for you to understand me. Which I'm working on .

So... .read about boundaries... .don't "do" anything yet. Just read about them... and then let us know how what you learned may apply to what I highlighted above...
