Just broke-up; so crazy I can't believe it

Wow, I finally had enough and ended the relationship. We own some property together and have been trying to split that up.
She is doing things I never would have thought anyone could do. Little back story, together in home for 4 years. I have 4 kids she has 1 (who is in college). We split the house, paid all expenses together and kept all other finances separate.
I said, let's split value of house in half. YOu keep half I keep half. Doesn't want that. Wants me to pay her for daycare, for painting house, for working in flower gardens, for making me dinner. Only thing she hasn't asked for is money for the sex we had.
She is telling people that I am mentally ill, used her, planned to take advantage of her from day one, and tossed her aside because I make more money now and don't need her. She made a financial agreement with me that is so far one-sided (I know, I just need out) and asked me to put it down on paper. Now she won't sign. Changed her mind, wants to move back in (she did leave) and make my life miserable (her words).
It's push/pull on an hourly basis. I am going crazy and meanwhile paying all the bills for the house. She has bad mouthed me, threatened to run me over, to seek visitation with my kids and many other things.
When will it stop. Do I ignore and just wait her out or hire an attorney and go in guns blazing. She is so vindictive and evil that I'm pretty sure I'd lose any fight because she would cut-off her leg to hurt me.
Thanks for letting me vent.
