I would like to know what would be the suggestions to:
-improve self-image
-stress level with others (anxiety comes, ADD)
-improve memory (I read that the hippocampus part of the brain could be damaged when facing long term stressful situation)
We always look for miracle but a start in questioning is hope
As a child of a BPD, I know how damaging the effects are, but there is hope! I started my journey of healing with watching all of the John Bradshaw series, entering therapy and reading anything that could help explain why I had the parents I did. The John Bradshaw series can be found on Youtube at:
