my BPD friend says we are good but not as good  as before and since we are forced to be in the same workplace wants peace but needs time to consider ever being friends again ,,she tried to be pleasant but my animosity at being discarded for nothing takes over and I cant help but show disgust being around her and mostly I ignore her this always causes some sort of retaliation but if I go along with her terms I feel disgusted and manipulated am I viewing this wrong ?

Not wrong at all. Even the pretense of friendship is just for their benefit, not for yours. Remember, this is an emotionally damaged, frozen in childhood individual. They're not keeping you around for reasons of mutual trust or enjoying each other's company. You are there to be used when needed, projected on with their own issues, and ultimately dumped again. It's abuse. You don't need friends who abuse you.

No problem, you start down that path again, I'll remind you. That person is no adult, they are not concerned with your well being. They do not share any pleasure in your triumphs, they will not support you in your times of crisis, they will not grieve with you when you're in pain. In short, this person is nothing to you. Worse, they will be a source of pain and confusion to you. We do not walk on eggshells to validate the emotionally undeveloped. We do not accept the rule of children.
