Has any of you here experienced retaliation after the break up?

Hello all!

My breakup with uBPDex was a mess. Threats from her on Domestic Violence and Deportation and other good stuff. I had an ace card up my sleeve that i discovered about her somewhat shady family background. After i told her partially about what i knew, she packed up her stuff and left just like that and this is after she hijacked my apartment for 3 weeks because according to her she wants to stay there for the convenience. When she left, she left a framed picture of her on my desk i guess to taunt me. My friend said it might be her way of telling me "I'm watching you". Her reasoning was really odd but then again i was not surprised. Anyway, it's been 5 days since she left but i have not slept in my apartment because for some reason she might retaliate. I think i am letting the  "i'm watching you" idea get to me.
