Hello tjay.   Welcome

Yes, this group is mainly for nons. There are members here with BPD dealing with pwBPD in their lives, mainly on the family board. We are all respectful of this dynamic. You are safe to share here.

Who is the pwBPD in your life?

Welcome to this very supportive family, tjay933!  This is mainly for non-BPD people that are in relationships with BPD people, so you should be safe here.  The information, tools and discussion boards are extremely helpful and supportive.

You're welcome, tjay933.  Great analogy you provided on the rush hour run.  I can totally relate.  It can be quite overwhelming to read everyone elses stories to put in perspective with our own.  I guess it's all about proper balance... .

Hi tjay933,

Welcome

I understand it may feel overwhelming with a lot going on and all of the resources. What I find helps is diving in for a bit and read / share at your comfort level.

Do you have an ex-partner with BPD?

thx. i've been diving in. fell by the pool a couple of times but maybe just too many martinis? will figure this site out in no time though. my h is uBPD. we are separated for 9m now. was on another site but got spooked by too many BPDs visiting the site and asking advice on their others. not for me. 10+ yrs married w kids. already read many many books on various topics and have a lot of info and experiences that mimic everyone elses. if you don't hear from me from time to time its cause he's trying the fog machine again and again and again.
