To all us Mums out there who care for a child with mental health issues enjoy your day. Parenting for us isn't easy as we deal with issues that nobody else understands. Today I'm just going to be grateful that I get to spend time with BOTH my daughters.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Happy Mother's Day to all you moms who parent a son or daughter with BPD, you job is never easy, you probably don't hear thank you very often, but you are incredible.  Stay strong, our children need us even though they sometimes have difficulty showing us.  For those of you who find this day difficult, no that there are many people on this site who care for you and are hoping and praying for good things to come your way.  Take care of yourself, find something enjoyable to do that is special just for you.  You deserve it.
