I'm sorry about your divorce. It's stressful enough, but more so with kids involved. How old are your children, and how much do they know? What's the custody situation look like? I hope to hear more and how best we can support you.

Hi pudge,
Recently divorced is a tough stage. How are you coping? It's not uncommon for people who go through a high-conflict divorce/custody battle -- especially after being in a BPD marriage -- to feel pretty beaten down. Although being somewhat separate from the conflict in the home on a daily basis can be a relief.
