Im sorry to hear what you are going through. It must be hard for you to find out that you have BPD. The good news is you are aware and have started therapy. I can understand your confussion as I have two uBPD exs and have gone througgh all the ups and downs of a BPD relationship.

There are a lot of lessons that are useful here but i advise caution as this site is aimed at people in a relationship with pwBPD and we are all at different stages of recovery so some people can be hurtful in their comments.
