exBPDgf had me fired from my job

Please help!  I have gotten myself out of the relationship and moved out of the area cause she was still triangulating, talking let's be friends, verbally abusing me, gaslighting, etc... .

I didn't answer her calls or texts nor did I answer the call from the former friend that she is triangulating.  She or they called and told lies and got me fired from my job!  I was so upset I caved in and texted her that I still loved her.  I can't believe she would do all this to me.  I just don't understand.  I really do love her but she she just beats me up emotionally.  Says she doesnt respect me and I'm pathetic.  Then if I set boundaries she punishes me.  I am in so much pain and don't know what to do.  I'm literally shaking as I type this.  I am homeless and jobless and staying with a friend that the ex doesn't know.  She seemed very threatened by her and by anyone who offered me support.

So sorry your are in turmoil.  Your not alone.  I am not in a BPD relationship, but I'm the stepmom... .I guess its like a relationship.

I do know what 19 yr BPD stepdaughter has put her boyfriends through and its not good.  One poor guy lost all his friends because she turned them all against him.  One commit suicide, the others threaten. 

You have to decide how you choose to live the rest of your life.  You sound like you don't like the drama, so don't tolerate it.

Step daughters mom was the same... .spent lots of time in prison and until her suicide last year was still creating chaos.

Aroundtheblock has a good point it sounds like you don't like the chaos and drama. We can feel better.

I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. Is your friend helping you until you get back on your feet?

She doesn't know about this friend. What's your ex telling you that has you shaking?
