9 months no contact - now I get a letter for her

So to sum up 9 months very strict no contact. Deleted my email address, blocked on my phone, blocked on LinkedIn, stalking and harassment started once I removed her and all her possessions from my property. I uncovered 3 years worth of lies and deceit, etc etc
After 3 months was getting more frequent so I moved a few hundred miles away to get me and my life back and escape the stalking and harassment.
Was home 6 weeks before CCTV went in, and relative peace ensued though stalking via Facebook, under various fake profiles etc.
On my birthday she started trying to call, goes straight to voicemail as blocked. Last week, she used her account to attempt to view mine, two phone calls and late at night parked outside my house.
Today in the post a letter arrives addressed to her !
Gobsmacked and disbelief - I know it is attention seeking - anyone else's ex done anything like this ?

Sounds like she had the letter sent to you---it's a manipulation and an attempt at trying to get you to have to contact her.
It's legal for her to park on the street---what do you do, ignore it when she does its?
I thought when you block someone from your cell phone, they are not able to get through at all. Do you know why it is going to your voicemail?
Can u share the reasons it ended 9 months ago?

She has taken a new insurance policy and using my address - not entirely sure it is legal will check on Monday.
Yep she can park where she wants on a public highway - out of camera etc - but tied in with her recent behaviour and the fact it would be a 200 mile round trip for her - could be classed as talking - anyway it is all logged as everything has been for the whole months.
I only have her and and 2 others blocked on my phone, it does not text me as a missed call with a number it goes straight to voicemail and I get a notification - you can google blocking calls on an iPhone
My story is much the same as anyone else on here, Silent treatment, rages, Lies, deceit, mask dropping a year of abuse living together, ended after I found she had been cheating for the whole time we were together - so kept my self respect and got her out of my house, changed locks etc etc
I am sure it is to get me to react and make contact even to tell her to not address things here - so letter kept, added to the file. If any other stuff is addressed for her here - an address she has never lived in and a house I own then the whole file will be handed to the police for them to deal with - she is now pushing the boundaries of fraudulent use of my address to benefit her.

----So on an iphone, if you have her number blocked, she can still call you and leave you a message? THat's not that helpful for you. On my phone, if I block someone, they cannot get a call through to me
---do you know what happens on her end when she tries to call you and you have blocked her? If it goes right to voicemail, she might not even know you have blocked her? In other words, she might just think your phone is off, and she can leave you a message? On mine, if someone is blocked by me and they try to call, they can't get thru and it does not go to voicemail.

the phone does not ring at all, and goes to voicemail - might not be what you have but it works for me as i do not get missed calls from her and she puts the phone straight down
I am not too bothered what she thinks tbh, her texts do not get through or if she should try and FaceTime. She cannot communicate with me unless I remove the blocks.
Time will tell what she does next - but every call etc is added to a ongoing log that will be handed to the police when she makes more mistakes

This opened a can of worms - and the police will be informed once I have got 9 months worth of info together and printed. She has committed numerous criminal offences over this period and whilst we were living together that have now come light.
