where can I find information about co-dependency please. Sorry if this is the wrong place but I am getting used to being here. I know there is something wrong with me and why the awful sad relationship with my ex pwBPD was allowed to continue for so long. I am as a lot of you know in a terrible pathetic state right now but something has just started ringing alarm bells.

Hi Sadly,
sorry to read your story here but getting some awareness is a really good start.
Try looking up CODA or Al Anon also

I read this link daily and it helps.

Hey Sadly,
In my own self-exploration, I found this book to be helpful: The human magnet syndrome. Other members have also endorsed it. Here is a link to watch a youtube video about it by the author.

I've also just begun reading this book: The White Knight Syndrome: Rescuing yourself from your need to rescue others.

Its been very illuminating.
