I know how tough it is to not respond to the ridiculous, unrealistic words/behaviours. Remember they are mentally ill and coping. Mine showed incredible lack of boundaries too.

Just continue NC and don't engage in the craziness.

Protective barriers like blocking are rarely circumvented after the initial extinction burst. Keep  the radio silence, take preventive measures and she's going to be out of your life.

Has she lost respect for you?  I think when that happens, the best thing is to be strong. don't complain, back away, be scarce (not necessarily NC)

I know you still care for her and wish she would engage in a meaningful way.  You didn't get that last time around or even now.  See it for what it is.
