hello, I am Jason.

I am a people pleasure/fixer. I am in a toxic relationship with a npd, BPD, histrionic.

I  want to leave, but don't quite have the tools yet. Every time I try I get sucked back in. This whole ordeal is confusing, depressing, has me anxious, but I believe it will eventually be enlightening.

Hey Jason, You are among friends here, many of whom (including me) share your tendency to caretake others.  It's part of the usual dynamic between a Non and a pwBPD.  We know the pattern, believe me.  Maybe you could tell us more about your SO and why you think she is NPD, BPD or HPD?  LJ
