hi courtb

welcome

Five years is a long time.   There is help here.    Let me attach this link as a good place to start your reading.

What is Borderline Personality Disorder?

When I first got here I didn't know very much about BPD.   Without meaning too some of the things I did and said made things worse.     What helped me a great deal was the Lessons.   They can always be found in the box that runs down the right hand side of the screen.   Or you can use this link.

Lessons Here

Are you two living together currently?

Hi courtb   and welcome to BPD family!   You are no longer alone. As baby ducks said a good place to start exploring this site is the lessons to the right, the first ones start with understanding BPD behaviors. Do you feel like you have a good grasp of them?
