I've fully recovered

I had a RS with my exBPDgf which lasted almost 5 months with too many breakups. I have been in NC for 9 months, the reason why I signed up on this board because I had some dreams about my exBPDgf. In those dreams she wanted to contact me and she was crying because I kept NC. So far those dreams are just meaningless. I kept NC and it really helps getting over it. I don't feel anything towards my exBPD and I really don't care about who she's dating or how she's doing.
The most important lesson I have learned is to recognize the symptoms, whenever I read topics here it really looks like they are all our exBPD's are the same! A friend of mine was dating a girl and whenever he told me on how their dates went it really looked like he was dating my exBPDgf. It turns out that his date was a pwBPD too. After she ignored him for a couple days she decided to write him a huge message, which surprised me the most because it really looked like my exBPD wrote that down. Once you experience a pwBPD it's going to be very easy to recognize the symptoms and you can leave before it's too late.
Looking back on how I managed to get myself out of the black hole I really believe that the NC part did a lot for me. It's one of the most powerful tools you can use after a breakup. Meanwhile I got a new girlfriend and I'm in a new relationship and things are going fine.
