So hard not to think about r/s and everything that happened

My BPDh and I live separately. we have a toddler and I am fully responsible for him. It is driving me crazy to think that I am stuck with all the work (full time job, toddler and other daughter duties) while he gets to do whatever the heck he feels like and how this is not fair. He also left a lot of his stuff at my mom's place (we lived in her house) that I am having to clean up.
I am trying to practice meditation and other things to get over the anxiety this causes me. I break down and feel maybe I should suck things up and go back to re-initiating therapy to resolve things between us but then I get reminded of how I have been treated.
This back and forth is so very hard. How do you all cope and manage the NC?

I can't imagine dealing with all that, hopeful2015. Do your folks provide emotional support? Friends? Take care.

My mom helps me out but she also reminds me about all the mistakes I made. I also have 2 cats to worry about who were inside/outside and now I am having to keep them indoors since I got threatened by neighbor and a police warned. Things just keep getting worse.
Trying so hard to keep it together everyday.
