Question for all

[need a break]

I have been on this site for a couple of weeks now ( Thank you to all!) I keep seeing terms like
Community care manager or Case worker.

My D is an adult and has never had or been offered these services that actually might help her.
May I ask how and why your son or daughter were assigned these people? I have been trying to get  my D
in a group home for years. I am in Calif. She is on disability and medicare but would do well with additional services.
