How to communicate after a contentious divorce... Following a contentious divorce and custody battle, there are often high emotion and tensions between the parents. Research shows that constant and chronic conflict between the parents negatively impacts the children. The children sense their parents anxiety in their voice, their body language and their parents behavior. Here are some suggestions from Dean Stacer on how to avoid conflict.

I don't have BPD and i did all these at one point or another, for one reason or another. Wrong of me, yes, but I think everyone at some point in a long term relationship has done these.

My BPD ex did show these same things, yes.
I think a lot of relationships, BPD or not show these things.

It's hard to read those things and say "yes they did that" or "yes i did that"
BPD relationships really distort your thinking and it sucks.
