What is your sexual orientation: Straight

My ex was diagnosed with BPD and bipolar during our relationship which began in the early stages of my sobriety.  It progressed like magic through many of the stages I jave seen described here!  We were engaged to be married and she fell in love with another woman and left three months before the wedding.  I have two children she has one.  I still struggle with romanticizing this whole thing and continue my relationship with her son.  She has since been in two intense relationships and it drives me nuts.  I struggle with detachment from it all.  That's my story in a nutshell.

It's certainly harder to detach with children in the mix.  How long have you been separated, and is her son of an age where contact with him doesn't involve his mom?

Hi Bitzes,

Welcome

We have three r/s's that start intensely if you include yours with hers? What drives you nuts in particular?
