Introduction

I was introduced here by the walking on egg shells book. I am only through the first chapter and am shocked at how it's almost a mirror of how my life is everyday. I have been told through therapy my mother is probably box. And now it seems fitting that I married one. Our daughter has taken on traits and don't know yet the healthy way to set a foundation... .I have been living g a roller coaster and am feeling lost. I hope to gain knowledge and support. Thank u

We are sorry to hear of your struggles in life... .very familiar story here.  You've found the right place for knowledge, understanding, and sharing.  To the right of this page you will see some very helpful information such as tools and lessons.  Understanding the illness and implementing some of these suggested practices can go a long way in improving a situation.
One thing many here have learned is that we cannot change our person with BPD (pwBPD), but we can change how we react to and communicate with them.  The tools and lessons are a great guide in how to do that! 
I found sharing to be very therapeutic in my process, I also saw that the more I shared, the more I got in return.  Feel free to share any thoughts, feelings or questions.  We are here.

I am with you brother - the walking on eggshells book is a day in my life.  Agreeing with Drained... .use the threads on the right as they are very helpful.  also read other user posts, share and you will find others in the same boat you are in working through the same problems you are. 

Me - I have two young kids at home (3 and 5) and my uBPDw (I think I got that right) not only has the flare ups that go from 0-100 instantly, but she is confident everyone is trying to take advantage of her / talk about her / degrade her, she has been physically violent too many times (perhaps 8-9 instances to date), she wants to do the 2-3 hour beratement sessions starting at midnight, and much much more.

all I can say is read, use the tools and talk it through with the community here.  It does help even if the other person doesn't want the help.
