It's a new year!

Time for reflections and thinking ahead (and woolspinning of course

).
What do you wish to see change in your life this year? I'm not necessarily talking about New Year's resolutions because we all know how well those go! But what would you like to see change in your life this year as regards your Coping and Healing?
It is hard to measure our progress as relates to a pwBPD in our lives. However, many if not most of us need some positive movement to be seen. Will you start in T? Will you look for opportunities to set boundaries? What will it be? Perhaps one less obligatory phone call each week or each month. What do you need to begin to do to start being healthy for your own sake?
How often I tend to think of my uBPDm as the enemy, whether consciously or unconsciously. The reality is that she is another person (although very unhealthy mentally). I am as important as she is, or any other person. If I can see myself as an individual with needs and wants, I think I can begin to stand up for those and become
whole.
Remember we cannot control the outcome with our pwBPD. We can only control ourselves and our choices.
Please share your thoughts, hopes and dreams! There is no failing but merely reaching for what is good and healthy.
