Catlady1978,
I hear ya! Welcome to the boards. We all have our issues, but for sure, I think we can relate here some of the challenges that come form having a partner with BPD. Is something specific giving you the most trouble lately folks here could try to help with? Has some of the difficulty evolved over time or stayed kind of the same?
How is your level of time and energy to look after yourself and your own health?
There's a lot of people on here who can probably relate, so I hope we can be of some help!

I'm so sorry your wife has BPD. That can present some challenges in a relationship. What are some of her most disturbing behaviors?
There are some great tools in the margin to the right. The "Basic Tools" are a good place to start.
This is a safe place to share and there are helpful people here who can offer support and ideas. We look forward to hearing more of your story when you are ready.
