My boyfriend is bi-polar, but takes medication. I was diagnosed with BPD, but chose not to pursue medications. I do DBT exercises, but things still get so hectic! I've never met someone who is so loving and patient. It makes me sick to think about losing him. At the same time, I know that everyone has their limit. Does anyone know of anything (aside from medication) that would help with mood swings?
