I live with a (narcissistic / borderline?) personality disordered parent and feel I get depressed when I spend time with her. She is only angry / rage full towards me and only does this in private. As I don't work it's difficult to avoid her and then anxiety and depression set in
Just wanted to say hello, share my support and get some support from this group.

Hi Sheila888
Living with a personality disordered parent can be very difficult. You mention her anger/rage towards you, in what ways does she express her anger?
Does your mother also have other characteristics that you find difficult to deal with?
Many of our members have also found themselves struggling with depression and anxiety. Do you perhaps have the support of a therapist to help you deal with this?
Take care and welcome to our online community
