Thanks to reading these forums and learning about my current situation with my BPD ex, i was able to resist her trying to hook me back in! I simply hit "block" and went on with my day. It took alot, but i did it! I feel much better now

Simply put. You're the man! Succeed where others (myself) have failed. Word of caution. Don't underestimate emails, blocked number calls, showing up at the house etc. If she figures out she's blocked this could come. I'd visualize what you would do in each situation to avoid contact and make sure you seek out advice if those types of things happen.
