Does anyone have lead on DBT videos?

I have been researching DBT videos that we can access that will help my husband and I learn how to help our 14 1/2 year old daughter.
I found one that is a 12 week course but it costs $240. We are already shelling out $100 a week for her therapist. I found a class that we can take but it's out of state and we can't afford the monthly airfare and lodging.
We have lots of books we are reading... .I'm just wondering if any of you have suggestions that will help us. We are overwhelmed!
Thank you!

Hi LexiMae
There are some on this site, I especially like the one on Validation.
Also if you search 'Marsha Lineham' on youtube, you can find some of her talks, I've watched several of them, I think I also once found a live therapy recording she had done. I don't have the link handy but I believe I just found i searching on her name.
We probably should start a set of links to external videos, if someone hasn't already!

Hi Leximae,
My 27 yr old son was diagnosed in January. I am on the waiting list for the NEA BPD 12-week course for friends & family. The course is also offered ONLINE, and it is affordable.
