I am feeling like I am at the end of my rope with my husband who is BPD. My feelings never matter because of his MI and I have to deal with everything. When he decides to leave the house, I deal with all the questions. When he decides to post personal things on social media, I have to deal with the questions as we share mutual friends and have work friends on facebook. When he cheats on me I have to deal with my feelings and keep them to myself because my negative emotions are triggering for him. I can't do this for much longer. If anything, him being out of the house (he has since come back) has shown me that I can do it without him. How do you deal with a spouse who has BPD and doesnt understand boundaries (posting things on facebook) and who only thinks of themself and who doesnt allow you to have any feelings?

Hi sproutedbee,

That's a lot to go through, and on top of it to feel you cannot have your own emotions about things. I'm glad you reached out and are looking for support. These are super tough relationships to manage on our own.

Social media can be unbelievably challenging when you add a BPD loved one. Many people here experience that, as well as issues with texting.

Your husband's cheating must be very painful  What were the circumstances under which he left and came back?
