VIDEO: "What is parental alienation?" Parental alienation is when a parent allows a child to participate or hear them degrade the other parent. This is not uncommon in divorces and the children often adjust. In severe cases, however, it can be devastating to the child. This video provides a helpful overview.

Hi flourdust

Is there some part of the website that you enjoyed? Smiling (click to insert in post)

I bought the personality review from 16personalities. I like it because it tells me things I'd be interested in watching out for when interacting with my partner and colleagues for example.

E.g., I'd like to share a relationship with one of my working partners. I look at myself as the sentinel, and her as the analyst. The sentinel part of me appreciates this, "Analysts often ask “what if” and “why” while Sentinels are more likely to ask “how” and expect a tangible answer." I think it's very true and rather than get frustrated with the incompatibility of our working styles, things like "If there’s anything at all, perhaps it’s their shared need for efficiency." help me to see how to get through tasks or projects together without getting frustrated.
