Trying to avoid a break up after being married 2 years

Help! I'm not sure how to use these forums since I'm new to all of this. I need help on how to avoid a divorce from my BPD husband. My husband was just recently diagnosed. I always thought he just had "anger issues" until my own therapist told me to research BPD. Now what?
I am easily triggered by his anger then start acting out like he does. I just want to live a peaceful life with my Mr. Hyde and avoid Dr. Jekyll.
How can I do that?

hi Angie M, and
a diagnosis can certainly be a relief, and it can really help the both of you. can you tell us a bit more about the primary conflict in your marriage? what led to the diagnosis and how did he react?
when you say youre trying to avoid a divorce, has your husband threatened a divorce?

Hi Angie M,
I'd like to join
once removed and welcome you to bpdfamily. I'm sorry that you're going through a difficult time, I'm glad that you decided to join a support group with members that have a pwBPD in their lives, I don't know how you personally feel but nobody in real life got it. What I mean is people that are close to me, family and friends, obviously your T understands, good for you!
I'd like to echo
once removed, what are some of the issues?
