She finally signed the divorce agreement

I just wanted to share that.
I have been on this site for 4 1/2 years. Through a few therapists. Two runs through MC. Last April I had enough and hired an attorney. I told her to proceed with the divorce which she had filed on Jan 31, 2017.
I will probably sign the documents next week and then possibly the judge could sign by Nov 3.
What a long road. When she texted me yesterday and told me she signed I just sat in my office and cried for a while.

Hey, byfaith, it's good to hear from you. When you feel up to it, anything you want to share about your experience with divorce would be helpful to others here.
How are you feeling today?

It's hard to know what to say in moments like this. I hope you can make time to be deliberately kind to yourself over the next few days.
You deserve it.
Hang in there!
